What to know before scheduling your permanent makeup appointment
Permanent Makeup Studio Policies
To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, please review the following studio policies carefully prior to booking. These guidelines are in place to protect your time, our time, and the integrity of the services we provide.
✦ Guest Policy
For the safety, comfort, and focus of both the client and artist, no guests, children, or pets are allowed in the studio. We kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone.
✦ Arrival
Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early to your scheduled appointment. If you are running late, notify us as soon as possible.
Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may have to forfeit their deposit and reschedule.
✦ Appointment Policy
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments.
Booking fees are non-transferable to other services and non-refundable under any circumstances. A card on file is required for all appointments.
✦ Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the services provided, all payments are final. No refunds will be issued once the service has been rendered.
✦ Rescheduling & Cancellations
We allow a one-time courtesy reschedule of your appointment, with the deposit transferred to a new date/time, provided we receive 48 hours’ notice.
A second rescheduling will require a new deposit to rebook.
If you choose to cancel your appointment entirely, your deposit will be held on file for 90 days from the cancellation date and may only be applied to the original service booked.
✦ Late Cancellation Fees
Less than 48 hours’ notice: A rescheduling fee of 50% of the remaining service balance will be charged.
Less than 24 hours’ notice: A fee of 100% of the remaining service balance will be charged.
✦ No-Call / No-Show
Clients who fail to communicate and do not show up for their appointment will be charged 100% of the remaining balance and will no longer be eligible to rebook. Exceptions may be made for emergency situations at the studio’s discretion.
✦ Service Results
Permanent makeup is a multi-step process and results vary based on skin type, aftercare compliance, and individual factors. While we strive to deliver the best possible outcome, results cannot be guaranteed.
✦ Health & Wellness
If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, please contact us to reschedule.
Certain medical conditions or medications may require a physician's approval before treatment. If you are under the care of a doctor or taking blood thinners, please contact us prior to booking.
✦ Touch-Up Guidelines
Services are not considered complete without a touch-up. In some cases, more than one touch-up may be necessary to achieve the desired results.
To ensure the best results, touch-up appointments should be scheduled and completed within 8–16 weeks of your initial session.
Appointments booked beyond this window will be considered a refresh and priced accordingly based on the time that has passed since your last visit. We encourage you to book early to stay within the recommended timeframe and maintain the integrity of your results.
